A typical AIT project begins with a system consultation by our experienced sales engineer at your site or via video connection. We advise you individually according to your needs and show you possible solutions.
Based on your requirements and sample parts, AIT carries out a detailed feasibility analysis. The results of this investigation are:

- the prerequisites necessary for this,
- the budget with which you can calculate,
- and the certainty that your application can be implemented reliably!
The results of the feasibility study can be viewed live at one of our application offices in coordination with your responsible system consultant.
The briefing is followed by integration support from our team of application engineers and technicians. You will be assigned a contact person who will accompany you through the project and, together with you, will
- tune the technical details (electrical, mechanical, PLC)
- do the scheduling
- carry out commissioning
Whether in Germany or abroad our multi-lingual technicians will be happy to assist you. Our services also include regular inspection and maintenance of your systems.

Quality verification of ID-codes – Why is it so important?
Meanwhile, track and trace of products has become essential. To ensure this, the products must be labelled with a batch designation or even better with a serial number. This marking must be reliably identified during each reading process. The basic requirement for this is a minimum quality of this marking.
Why is this so important?
Imagine you deliver the agreed product to your customer. All dimensions are optimal, the surfaces do not show the slightest signs of usage, all add-on elements are present and all threads are cut. In short, you supply the perfect component. But now your customer sends back exactly this perfect component because he cannot read the component identification. So he can’t get it into his production process and can’t trace it in the further steps. Simply, the (actually) perfect component is a reject.
What now?
Either you need a neutral referee who confirms that your marking is just as perfect as the other quality features, or you really need to optimize your marking.
