Simple data matrix verification for process control with the AIT EasyID Verifyer

With the AIT EasyID Verifyer, AIT offers a complete program for the verification of directly marked 2D codes according to ISO/IEC TR 29158 and 2D codes on labels according to ISO/IEC 15415 in addition to the well-known in-line ID reading systems based on the proven AIT EasyID software.

The AIT EasyID Verifyer Unit provides comprehensive data matrix verification according to ISO/IEC 29158 (AIM DPM) and ISO/IEC 15415. With user-friendly, menu-driven software for easy item management, including axis positions and exposure times, the unit provides detailed validation of code content and geometry (size, number of modules).

The seamless PC connection via Ethernet TCP/IP enables efficient evaluation. The verification results are comprehensively logged, including PDF reports with images, individual grades and defects. The Verifyer Unit is versatile, especially for directly marked parts, and is a reliable solution for the verification of Data Matrix codes in various applications.

The AIT EasyID Verifyer Station including the AIT EasyID Verifyer Unit for quality control is a compact adjustable structure for small and large parts, consisting of a stable aluminum profile frame with 3 adjustable axes and position indicators, a base plate with M6 drilling grid for mounting brackets, clamping fixtures and component holders. It can also be darkened from above and from the side.
